Orders & Shipping
Visit our Track Order page and enter your
order ID or email. Once your order ships you'll receive carrier and tracking information by email.
Typical update cadence is every 12 hours while in transit.
We offer Standard (5-7 business days), Expedited (2-3 business days) and Overnight options at checkout.
Shipping times may vary during holidays. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the
continental US.
You may cancel or change an order before it ships. Visit your account orders page or contact support
immediately with your order number to see if the request can be processed.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support immediately with your order number. We'll attempt to
update the address, but once a package ships the carrier determines rerouting options.

Use the search bar, filters, and brand or category pages to narrow results. Sorting and compare options
let you preview the best matches before adding them to your cart.
Tap the heart icon on any product to save it to your wishlist. Your saved items stay available in your
account across sessions so you can compare and buy later.
Use the compare page to see product details side by side. This helps you choose the best style, size, or
tech specs for your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Start a return at
this page. Refunds are processed within 3-7
business days after we receive the item.
Once received, returns are inspected and refunds issued within 3-7 business days. The time to post to
your card depends on the issuer — typically 5-10 business days.
We currently process exchanges as returns + new orders. If you need a different size or color, contact
support and we'll help expedite a replacement.
Payments & Security
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select buy-now-pay-later options at
checkout.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS for all transactions and partners who are PCI-DSS
compliant. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Account & Privacy
Create an account via the Register page. To
delete your account contact support — we'll verify identity and remove personal data according to our
privacy policy.

Troubleshooting & Common Issues
Try resetting your password on the
Forgot Password page. If you still can't
access your account, contact support with your registered email.
Confirm the promo terms and expiry date. Some promotions exclude sale items or certain brands. If the
code still fails, contact support and include a screenshot.
